Cancellation and Refund Policy
Clear and fair terms for booking changes and cancellations.
At Hotel Ozone Inn, we understand that travel plans can change. Our cancellation and refund policy is designed to be transparent and fair for all our guests.
Cancellation Terms:
- 1. Full Refund: Bookings cancelled at least 7 days prior to the arrival date are eligible for a full refund.
- 2. No Show: In case of a no-show (guest does not arrive without prior cancellation), 100% of the booking amount will be charged as a retention fee.
- 3. Late Refund Requests: If a booking payment is cancelled after 180 days from the date of payment, we will not be able to process a refund due to RBI banking regulations. Instead, we will offer a future credit of the booking amount.
Refund Timeline:
Refunds (where applicable) will be processed within 15 days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
